If you are going to beat my meat -- as you have so assiduously promised, you are going to have to outdo a brisket. Everyone knows one can't brine a brisket, so I'll already be at a moisture disadvantage. I've overcome many a moisture disadvantage in the past, and i know how to get properly lubricated.
I will be doing brisket; you'll be left with the foreshank to beat.
